FIRST PROFESSIONAL ESPORTS TEAM ‘CHAOS THEORY’ LAUNCHES IN SINGAPORE
Singapore’s first fully-professional esports team sets its sights on professionalising the esports industry with CPF, medical benefits and world-class player development
SINGAPORE, 2 September 2017 – The launch of the first-of-its-kind esports organisation Chaos Theory was announced in Singapore today. Founded by industry experts Drew Holt-Kentwell and Singaporean Hai Ng, the newest kid on the esports block is set to revolutionise the esports landscape in South-east Asia, and pave the way for the next generation of esports professionals in both competitive gaming and behind-the-scenes management. Aimed at being a powerhouse multi-gaming professional team in Southeast Asia, the Singapore-based Chaos Theory prides itself on providing support to budding esports teams that will help them grow, manage and monetise themselves via a mix of training and development, work experience and various sponsorship opportunities.
Chaos Theory strives to set the bar for professional esports organizations in South East Asia by pioneering the best practices in team management, focusing on athlete development, and producing true ambassadors for the esports industry at large.
