Chaos Theory strives to set the bar for professional esports organizations in South East Asia by pioneering the best practices in team management, focusing on athlete development, and producing true ambassadors for the esports industry at large.

That's why we want to work with the brightest, most passionate people to create great experiences for people looking to work in the esports industry. As of today, we are happy to announce that we are looking to fill several roles here at Chaos Theory, which will provide hands-on experience in team management, playing competitively, marketing, social media, press and communications, and sales.

Team Manager: Overwatch

Be responsible for all aspects of managing the pro Overwatch team at Chaos Theory: scheduling, team well-being, roster management, coordinating announcements with social media team, plan and approach team direction with General Manager, ensure players adhere to organization (and sponsor) guidelines and obligations, and manage internal disputes or conflicts as they may arise.

Key Skills:

Highly organized and reliable
Dispute resolution and problem solving
Deep knowledge of Overwatch competitive scene regionally

Team Manager: PUBG

Be responsible for all aspects of managing the pro PUBG team at Chaos Theory: scheduling, team well-being, roster management, coordinating announcements with social media team, plan and approach team direction with General Manager, ensure players adhere to organization (and sponsor) guidelines and obligations, and manage internal disputes or conflicts as they may arise.

Team Manager: Mobile Legends

Be responsible for all aspects of managing the pro Mobile Legends team at Chaos Theory: scheduling, team well-being, roster management, coordinating announcements with social media team, plan and approach team direction with General Manager, ensure players adhere to organization (and sponsor) guidelines and obligations, and manage internal disputes or conflicts as they may arise.

Deep knowledge of Mobile Legends competitive scene regionally

Social Media Manager

Be responsible for the Chaos Theory social media accounts. Engage current audience and attract new fans with fresh, exciting content about the team or the games the team competes in. Individual must be willing to take initiative to create ad hoc content on the fly when the situation arises for content such as interviews with our players or other community members and stakeholders. Must be able to engage with other social accounts in the region, and have a good understanding of esports in South East Asia.
